Did you just update your payment card?

If you have just updated your payment card, your bizz will appear as active when you are logged into your profile in our self-service. However, you should be aware that it can take up to 2 hours before you can use the bizz on the Storebælt Bridge and up to 24 hours with our other partners such as the Øresund Bridge.

Why is my number plate payment not wokring?

Have you updated your payment card?

When you get a new payment card, it is important that you update your payment card on your profile in our self-service. You can update your payment card under 'Payment card' when you have logged into your profil via brobizz.com or in the Brobizz app.

Do you have any unpaid invoices?

You may find that your bizz is inactive if you have an outstanding payment.

Normally, we automatically deduct the amount for a trips on your payment card. However, if we can't deduct the amount automatically, your bizz will be blocked and we will send an invoice to the email address you have associated with your profile.

Has your number plate payment been cancelled?

If your number plate payment is listed as inactive, it may be because it has been blocked or cancelled and your agreement terminated.

This may have happened because:

• You have not used number plate payment for 18 months. If this is the case, we will have terminated your agreement.

• You previously blocked your umber plate payment yourself.

Why is my number plate payment not working?

Have you remembered to update the payment card associated with your number plate payment?

When you get a new payment card, it is important that you update your number plate payment with your new details. You do this by logging into brobizz.com or the app, clicking on 'Select payment card' and then on the green button 'Update payment card'.

Do you have any outstanding payments linked to your agreement?

If there is an outstanding balance on your agreement, your bizz or number plate payment will be listed as inactive.
We usually deduct payment for your trip across the bridge or by ferry from the payment card linked to your agreement. If we cannot deduct the amount automatically, we will send you an invoice to the email address linked to your profile.

Not a correct bizz number

We can't find the bizz number. You find your bizz number on the side of your bizz from Brobizz. It is 16 digits. The numbers are small so we recommend that you check them twice. 

You have a bizz from Øresund

We can see that the number you have written belongs to a bizz from Øresund. Please reach out to them instead.

• You have not used bizz for 36 months. If this is the case, we will have terminated your agreement.

• You previously blocked your bizz yourself.
